Have you tried the lost password feature?

It'll reset your password and send you a new one. Please make sure you use the username in that form.

Hi DrMike Ive stopped usuing my edublogs about a year back as each time I login Ive had to change my password and still every single time I change it in admin Im unrecognised yet my login worked for inside this forum. Help! Ive completely given up trying to use my blog. Ive spent past half hour fishing for new passwords etc. I dont know what to do to have my password recognised by the login software????Yes! Ive already tried every single time to get a new password and everytime my changed passwords are not recognised.Yet it works inside here???

Hi Ruth, Can I get you to try logging into your blog dashboard using a different web browser such as FireFox or Chrome?
I think what might be happening is your web browser is remembering your old stored password and preventing you from logging in, If so you will need to clear your private data in your web browser.
yes its true I think that must be it Ive just tried with Explorer and I never use that browser and uit recognises me!...thanks Sue so much.
