I'm afraid there's not a current method. James has promised us a CSS editor although he hasn't given any time frame on it.
edit: Maybe we can get James to fix it though.

i use the blue zinfadel ehnanced 2.0 theme and the left hand column has almost no margin--thus the text is right up against the window edge. how can i increase this margin?
