The file name for the one that isn't working properly is Letter+for+Transcript.doc
My guess is it probably doesn't like the + in the filename. I recommend that you rename all files before uploading so that they are written as one word e.g. transcriptletter.doc

Hi there
I've tried to troubleshoot this on my own for a while but am not getting anywhere. I have a few pages with links to simple Word documents where I'm getting a 404 - File not found error. Here is the link to one of the pages I'm having trouble with:

when I mouse over the links to the Word docs, they both look right. Any ideas? thanks very much
