How do I sign up to be a Supporter?

I think I am on to the answer myself. Maybe someone could still elaborate for me?
It seems if I sign up for a single supporter blog I can then disable the adds on my 30 students' blogs attached to my admin blog. This way I do not need to purchase 30 supporter blogs for my students as well as my own supporter blog.
Correct???

Yes. You can disable the student blog advertisements with one purchase for your admin blog.

Yes that is correct. However you can disable ads on any 30 blogs they don't need to be attached to your blog or admin for you to disable.

please, I want to become a supporter for only three months, but what I have seen is that all choices are recurring payment! I don't want any cash taken from me after three months until I choose to continue blogging with my students. Please, what can I do??

Cancel the subscription some time during that time. The Supporter page on your Dashboard should have a link to the Paypal site on how to do this. Please let us know if that makes sense when you read it.

One word of advice: The subscription renewal goes through a few days before it finishes so don;t wait until the last minute to cancel else you'll get billed and they'll have to do a refund.

Hope this helps,

O.K, I'm having a huge problem now. I've been trying to pay for 12 hours now but paypal would tell me that they can't process the payment. my students are waiting to receive their blogs and password as I promised, but things won't go through. The disturbing thing is that they have withdrawn money from my account! Please, why can I not pay with my credit card without this paypal?

Can you email me at support[at]edublogs[dot]org with the details of the email attached to your PayPal account so I can check for you?

Yes I will,bit what details?

For it to withdraw money from your account it means you have to had signed up for PayPal which requires you to use an email address. It is that email address that I need to check our records.
