I have only been using Web 2.0 applications since Jan. 2008. I've been learning how to blog, create wikis and other on-line things for myself. I am using this blog to write about various education topics/issues.
I am a new teacher-librarian and hope to use Inspiration as part of a field study for my grad diploma and work on becoming brave enough to bring students online.

I am a math and science teacher. I am interested in learning how to integrate wikis into my classroom. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can start this process?

Sue's going to have to follow up on this one. Hopefully maybe we can get a teacher or two to weigh in on this as well.

Have you already started a wiki? Can you provide a link to it if so?

I am not sure that I even understand the concept of Wiki or how to use it in my classroom. How would using Wiki help my children to learn in a way that they never have done before?
