Can you paste the embed code here please (using backticks)
Backticks are the key above the tab key and to the left of the '1' key on a standard PC keyboard.
If you're using the fancy text editor with the Visual and Code tabs, make sure you're adding in the code within the Code tab is active.
Thank you for responding.

Firefox browser.
I'm not sure why it was working fine yesterday and then stopped today. I did try reentering the code.
The post is this one http://drdyer.edublogs.org/2008/05/02/discovering-medical-ethical-challenges-lecture-on-docstoc/
I pulled out the embedded code and substituted an image.
Works for me: http://test.edublogs.org/2008/05/04/test-docstoc/
Maybe it was docstoc timeout today?
Thanks for testing. I left the same comment there.
I think that I have to have a 'clean, new code' when I post the entry.
I noticed that problems happened when I went back to edit the post a second or a third time.
I was able to get the code to work when I entered in in fresh, but haven't tried editing the blog entry again.
Does the code get change in subsequent edits?
Yep, that could be the issue :( It's a bug that should be fixed up in the next few weeks.

<I decided to start a new thread, because it might be a slightly different problem than embedding YouTube>
I am having problems getting the .docstoc embedded lecture to work in http://drdyer.edublogs.org/
I embedded a lecture from .docstoc and am seeing the page formatting all askew.
It was working fine earlier.
Note: The site does not currently look to be a problem because I was able to correct the problem by pulling out the embed code for the .docstoc lecture and inserting a graphic.
Still can't figure out why it was working earlier today and not now.
I would like to be able to embed the lecture.
