As an Edublogs Campus client there are several different kinds of support you can draw upon and these can roughly be divided into support for Site Admins and support for Users.
Site Admin
You are an Edublogs Campus Site Admin if you can see the ‘Site Admin’ tag, and you’re the one with the keys to the city, probably the first thing you’ll want to do is check out some of our informative videos for Site Admins… click below for an example:
An introduction to being Site Admin
Other Site Admin support videos include managing privacy and security and creating hundreds on users and blogs in seconds. What’s more we’re adding to them all the time!
Secondly there are the edublogs forums (you need to grab a free edublogs.org account to participate) where you can search for previous discussions or post and discuss anything and everything edublogs.
Perhaps most importantly though, as Site Admin you have access to unlimited email support, so if you get stuck please email us at the address provided (or using our contact form here if you’ve lost it) and let us know how we can help you. Please make sure to provide all the information you can, especially including URLs.
[If you are an Edublogs Campus 500 or Unlimited client we can also provide telephone support]
Users
Your users have the best of both worlds, because not only can they draw on Site Admin’s expertise but they can also use all the resources and facilities available to edublogs users (we synchronise the systems so help for one is help for the other).
So, probably the first place you should direct your users to is our support videos, an example of which is below:
A 5 minute introduction for your users
Secondly, again, please feel free to send them to the edublogs forums, or the FAQ, not only to search for answers but also to post questions and discuss all things edublogs with our staff and other fantastically supportive and engaging edubloggers.
Finally, if they’re stuck, and so are you, you can ask them to ask you (phew!) to email us and ask.. we’re always open and ready with ideas and suggestions and happy to help you help your users.
