For Gold and Ultimate clients we’ll provide unlimited telephone support as and when you require it – we can group conference over Skype, call one-on-one or talk to your administrators or trainers at your request.

We offer, for our Gold and Ultimate clients, live instructional Webinars through the Elluminate platform, where we can demonstrate and model best practices, answer questions and train large cohorts of staff at your request.
