I’ve upgraded the Edublogs Forums to the latest version of the very wonderful bbPress.
This is good because it allows users who don’t have an Edublogs username to participate (i.e. plugin authours, prospective Edublogs users, people asking broader questions) and brings fun things like tags, spam blocking, plugins and more into play.
It’s a bit annoying as while it has retained all the previous posts - it’s wiped the usernames - so you’ll have to create another account… sorry!
Hope it’s worth the clicks :)

Hi James
I am struggling to learn about blogging with no ‘help’ or ‘guide to..’ facility. Any chance you can suggest ways forward? I set up my blog for use with groups of sudents and they cant leave comments. Do I have to input their email addresses? HELP!!!!!
Hi James,
I’m using theme Quentin by Mike Purdy, and it doesn’t display my list of blogroll. Could anyone please help me with this problem? How do I make my blogroll appear?
Cheers.

Hi Guys,
Can you use the forums http://edublogs.org/forums for these questions please.
Cheers, James
James,
For some reason, this page appears when I try to log into my edublogs account. What is going on?

James,
I am confused as to what has happened to my blog. I don’t see anywhere on the edublogs homepage that I can log in. My username and password are not working on the Edublogs Forum, either. Hopefully that site requires a different username and password. If not, it seems as though my blog is lost. Is this the case?
How can I log in to manage my existing blog?
Matt

Ok, looks like I panicked there. I read your post about the updates and then couldn’t find where to log in (it used to be right at the top of edublogs.org) and got very nervous that I lost all the work I had done.
But…, I have since been able to log in and am feeling very relieved.
All is well.
Matt
